SHEFFIELD Speedway are looking forward to welcoming fans to Owlerton next Saturday (January 4) for a second season ticket open day.

The newly-promoted side will open their doors to the stadium with the speedway office open from 10.30am to 2.30pm for supporters to secure their ticket for what promises to be a historic year in the club’s history.

Tickets for ‘An Evening with Nicki Pedersen’ on Thursday, January 23 will also be on sale with standard tickets priced at £15 - special VIP tickets have officially sold out.

Club co-promoter Damien Bates said: “It’s an excellent opportunity for supporters to meet Nicki who is flying over from Denmark especially for the event.

“Nicki has a whole range of interesting stories and strong opinions to share with everyone - it’s the perfect way to kick off a promising year for the club. It’s a night simply not to be missed!”
