TODD Kurtz has completed his testimonial line-up - and it’s a star-studded field.
The popular Aussie has added former World Champions Chris Holder and Jason Doyle alongside former Somerset teammate Rory Schlein, Troy Batchelor and Peter Kildemand.
Kurtz is delighted with how things have shaped up and can’t wait for tapes-up at Owlerton on Thursday, March 19 (7.30).
“I’m delighted to have put together such a strong line-up. My thanks go to all the lads that have agreed to help me out,” said Kurtz.
“I’m lucky to have made some really good mates on my travels who also happen to be really good speedway riders!
“It’s the perfect way to kick-start a new era at Sheffield and I would like to thank the club once again for allowing me to hold my meeting at the stadium.
“I’m sure the boys will go out there and put on a good show for the fans and hopefully they’ll enjoy everything I’ve got planned.”
Club bosses are currently assembling the line-up for the opening club meeting of the year - the Northern Riders’ Championship.
Rider announcements will be made in due course with the club looking for a main meeting sponsor and individual heat sponsors.
