SHEFFIELD can confirm tickets for their opening home meeting of the 2021 season are now expected to be placed on sale this Thursday (May 13).

The Tru Plant Tigers host Peterborough on May 20 as they make their long-awaited return to racing at Premiership level.

Talks are ongoing regarding the restricted numbers which will be in place for attendances, and the club are working to accommodate as many fans as possible.

We ask all supporters to remain patient during this process, and we will provide a further update in time for Thursday.

Tigers co-promoter Damien Bates said: “We thank our fans for their patience, and we are currently looking to dot the i’s and cross the t’s to ensure everything is in place.

“Obviously we are looking to accommodate as many fans as possible in the magnificent stadium that Owlerton is, and we really cannot wait to welcome everyone back after a very difficult 18 months for all concerned.

“I would urge our fans to keep checking our club website, social media channels and regional media.”

The club can also confirm that all tickets must be purchased online prior to the meeting in line with current legislation.
