SHEFFIELD Speedway have launched a brand new ‘Tigers Ten Ticket’ for the 2026 season.
With the make-up of the Premiership still to be confirmed, club bosses have listened to calls from supporters who are still keen to commit in advance.
Co-owner Damien Bates explained: “Because we’re still waiting on confirmation on whether or not there will be a sixth team in this year’s Premiership, it’s impossible for us to put a Season Ticket on sale as such.
“We’ve been inundated with messages and e-mails from supporters who still want to pay up front for as many meetings as they can though, and that’s why we’ve decided to launch the ‘Tigers Ten Ticket’.
“Essentially, this will give our supporters a little bit more control as to when they wish to use theirs - they’ll be able to use it to get into ten home meetings at Sheffield in 2026, with the exception of any play-off meetings, cup final fixtures or any BSPL, FIM or testimonial events that we may receive.
“We won’t know the full fixture list for a few more weeks yet but either way, we’ve again listened to some early feedback and we are intending to stage one or two individual meetings which the ‘Tigers Ten Tickets’ will also cover.
“This will also work well for those supporters who have previously commented that Season Tickets didn’t really work for them as they normally miss a meeting or two because of holidays that they take during the season.
“As you’re essentially paying for ten meetings up front, we have decided to offer supporters a few additional, new benefits as an extra way of us saying thank you for your support.”
‘Tigers Ten Tickets’ include: -Admission to ten home meetings in 2026 (excluding any play-off meetings, cup final fixtures, BSPL, FIM or testimonial events) -A signed, framed team photo (to be collected on a date later in the season) -A birthday card signed by the Sheffield team -A personalised wallpaper which can be used on your mobile phone, tablet or computer (to be received at the start of the season) -The chance to watch a set of four races from the Centre Green (on a fixture to be arranged by the club) - Urgent WhatsApp / Text alerts - Free on-site parking
With Sheffield Speedway pleased to announce that they are freezing regular admission prices for the 2026 season, ‘Tigers Ten Tickets’ have been priced as follows: Adults - £250 Concessions / Students - £230 Juniors (Aged 12-17) - £50 (Please note: children aged 11 and under will be required to pay meeting-by-meeting as we continue our ‘Kids for a Quid’ scheme)
Supporters will get their first chance to get their hands on a ‘Tigers Ten Ticket’ at a Launch Sales Event at Owlerton Stadium’s Speedway Office on a date TBC in due course.
Meanwhile, supporters can now also reserve a specific table in the Panorama Room or Carvery Restaurant for a cost of £50 for the 2026 season.
