SHEFFIELD could be without Ricky Ashworth for the rest of the season.

Ashworth was involved in a horror crash with Glasgow’s Trent Leverington during Sheffield’s 46-44 win at Ashfield and has a broken wrist. Leverington has bad bruising.

Said Ashworth: “It’s a real blow for me because I’d been enjoying my speedway, scoring plenty of points and I thought I was doing a good job for the team.”
