RYE HOUSE v SHEFFIELD PREVIEW - SATURDAY

Friday May 29, 2009
SHEFFIELD will adopt a positive attitude going into their daunting trip to Rye House on Saturday (7pm).

The Sheffield Window Centre-backed side are in a confident mood after a good run of form – including bumper wins over Berwick and Edinburgh.

But they know it will be tough at Hoddesdon where they have a poor record against the Silver-Ski Rockets.

Boss Eric Boocock said: “We will need to be positive and use the confidence we’ve gained over the last week or so.”

Tigers will again operate the rider replacement facility for broken wrist victim Ritchie Hawkins.

Rye House, meanwhile, are without British teenage sensation Joe Haines for the rest of the season with a neck injury and will use the rider replacement option themselves.

RYE HOUSE: Chris Neath, Linus Sundstrom, Tommy Allen, Robert Mear, Luke Bowen, Andrew Silver, Joe Haines R/R.
SHEFFIELD: Ricky Ashworth, Paul Cooper, Ritchie Hawkins R/R, Joel Parsons, Richard Hall, Chris Mills, Josh Auty.
