SHEFFIELD Tigers face one of the strongest teams in Premier League history when Birmingham Brummies visit Owlerton on Thursday (7.45).
The Sheffield Window Centre-backed side are looking to restore some pride after losing the first leg of this Knockout Cup tie by a staggering 38-points at Perry Barr.
And whilst an aggregate win may be out of the question, club owner Neil Machin said: "It would be a major boost for the club if we could win on the night.
"Birmingham are one of the strongest teams I can remember in recent history and are looking good to win the lot. But it's a long season ahead and they can't be complacent.
"Things haven't been going well for us so it's something we need to put right. A good display against a team as atrong as Birmingham would be a big boost and hopefully we'll see some good racing."
Josh Auty has passed himself fit to resume racing after suffering a foot injury last week which cost him his place in the British Semi-Final.
SHEFFIELD: Ricky Ashworth, Hugh Skidmore, Josh Auty, Richard Hall, Josef Franc, Paul Cooper, Arlo Bugeja.
BIRMINGHAM: Steve Johnston, Aaron Summers, Chris Kerr, Richard Sweetman, Jason Lyons, Justin Sedgmen, Jake Anderson.
