STOKE V TIGERS - PREVIEW

Friday August 06, 2010
SHEFFIELD Tigers continue their push for the Premier League play-offs when they make the short trip to Stoke on Saturday (7.30).

And after beating the Potters 61-33 on home shale on Thursday, Eric Boocock's men are aiming for the maximum four-points from the Loomer Road clash.

Redcar's Tomas Suchanek has been booked as a guest replacement for the injured Paul Cooper at reserve.

Club chief Neil Machin said: "We are in a confident mood after Thursday night but we can't afford to take anything for granted, we will go to Stoke with the utmost respect for them.

"It's a good track there and we have riders who can do well there, but away from home is always difficult and a completely different situation to when we are at home."

STOKE: Taylor Poole, Ricky Wells, Frank Facher, Lee Smart, Claus Vissing, Jan Graversen, Lubos Tomicek.

SHEFFIELD: Josh Auty, Hugh Skidmore, Josef Franc, Richard Hall, Ricky Ashworth, Tomas Suchanek, Simon Lambert.
